Week of February 23, 2009
A Great Week Off:
This past week, the Haleys set off for Paris, France. We had a great time hanging out with our friends who live there while showing Corbin all the sites, sounds and flavors of Paris. The highlight for Corbin was to spend a day out at Disneyland Paris!
Grade 9 Math:
The students will be studying solving simultaneous linear equations. This should be review but we hope to tie up the loose end that might exist in student's minds!
Grade 12 Math Studies:
The seniors will get their Mock Exams back on Monday and then spend the first part of the week working on the corrections. Finally on Thursday, we will be starting our final unit: Calculus.
Grade 8 Design Technology:
Our final class of DT will be this week. So the students will be presenting their Alice stories to the entire class as we have a mini-party to celebrate their hard work.
